PILATES
Pilates is the ultimate body conditioning exercise that is practiced by body-beautiful celebrities like Jennifer Aniston and Gweneth Palthrow. More complex than other forms of exercises, Pilates is a fusion of western and eastern philosophies. It teaches you about breathing with movement, body mechanics, balance, co-ordination, positioning of the body, strength and flexibility. With regular practice, Pilates will dramatically improve strength, muscle tone, flexibility, posture and co-ordination.

YOGA
Convert chaos into collected calm and be in touch with your serene spirituality and senses. Our Yoga classes incorporate an interest in diet with exercises in breathing, stretching, toning, relaxation and visualization that are simple for everyone to benefit from. This course will also introduce you to simple remedial techniques to correct specific problems in the upper and lower back, neck, knees and shoulders.

TAI CHI
Tai Chi emphasizes the awareness of the relationship of one's body moving harmoniously under the direction of the mind to the environment. Learning to move harmoniously is much more than a physical exercise. Disharmonious bodily movement is a result of faulty messages sent by the mind to our various body parts. With practice, the student learns to send messages that result in a fluidity of movement. While the vehicle is the physical body, the development is mainly that of the mind.

Tai Chi will help strengthen your bones; organs, glands and muscles, flexibility, endurance, coordination and reflexes and also promotes blood circulation.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing at Ch'i Life is authentic Shao Lin style! It reduces and relieves stress with its rigorous workout controlled punching and kicking movements carried out with the discipline and skills! Kickboxing can do wonders for feelings of frustration and anger. It also helps to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Kickboxing is also a great way to learn simple self-defense moves. Kickboxing will help you to feel more empowered and confident. So get out there and jab, punch and kick your way to fitness!



KUNG FU FOR TEENS & ADULTS
Hung Gar Kung Fu is known for its strong stances and moral virtue. It integrates the various body postures, hand and leg techniques with dynamic movements as jumping, springing, turning and rolling into a systematic training programme. The stances are simple yet firm, the footwork steady and the strikes heavy.

WUSHU FOR TEENS & ADULTS
This is a class that tests your capacity of flexibility, endurance, reaction and strength. At the core of the class is the ability to combine all the kicks, handsets, rolls and footwork into the graceful Martial Arts known as Wushu. Our Master Trainers conduct this class with a touch of elegance rarely seen in Martial Artists. You will learn basic Shaolin stretching techniques, warm ups and hand-sets along with a touch of Tai Chi. Definitely a class to take if you have what it takes to commit into an art form that requires high discipline.


WOMEN'S WUSHU
Only the ladies get it! A combination of fluid and graceful Shao Lin routine is taught especially for ladies. This is a challenging class as the ladies are required to kick, jump, punch with vigour, and execute cartwheels! You also learn how to control your chi as you progress and execute kick jumps with ease.


WUSHU WEAPONRY
Here's your chance to learn how to swing a sword or swoosh a staff! The weapons used in Wushu originate mainly from ancient military weapons. Wushu weapons are the products of wars and they have been improved and modified according to the need of wars and with the development of science. In this class you will pick up the basics for the broad sword, the long sword and the cudgel (staff) and several different routines utilizing the weapons! This is an exciting course that will combine the basics of Wushu stances with the beautiful movements and the artistry of its weapons.

Your kids will enjoy themselves in this unique class that incorporates fun and discipline while learning basic Wushu self-defense techniques. They will learn the basics of stretching, punching, kicking, blocking, tumbling, and physical fitness fun! Best of all, your child will build self-confidence, enhance their hand/eye coordination and will improve their physical and mental discipline. -


Wushu Weaponry for Kids
Your child will love this class that is full of excitement and a high level of fun! They will learn how to swish the sword and swing the staff with grace and power! Basic stretching, kicking, blocking techniques are taught alongside with weaponry techniques!

Yogakids
Give your child the gift that keeps them healthy and happy! With this exclusive programme, your child will experience a basic and safe yoga workout! Yoga for kids is a natural and easy way for them to develop strong flexible and healthy bodies, as well as increase their concentration, focus and attention.
